Refined Ministries exists to refine, restore, and equip.
We walk with worship leaders, musicians, tech teams, and churches — through mentoring, consulting, gatherings, and the One Man’s Treasure Podcast. Some of that work is paid. A lot of it is relational, slow, and easy to underfund if nobody stands behind it.
