Refined Ministries exists to refine, restore, and equip those who serve in worship and creative arts — and to help churches build healthy team culture and excellent production systems.
Too many worship leaders, musicians, and tech teams are carrying the weekly weight alone. They don’t need another conference. They need honest community, real mentoring, and help that actually works on the ground.
Meet Jay & Rachael
Jay Kent has spent more than 25 years in worship, music, production, and creative ministry, and more than 17 years building relationships with churches across the DFW metroplex. After years on church staffs, he shifted from working for churches to working with them through mentoring, consulting, and contract support.
Jay and Rachael live in North Texas with their kids. Together they lead Refined Ministries.
